XXXXX events incorporate a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa flow led by experienced, engaged yoga instructors with post practice pours of the freshest beers to enjoy with our beer yogi community. Special events include tours and/or beer education.
By registering for this event, I agree to the following Waiver and Release Agreement:
In consideration of participating in Black Girl in CLE events, I agree and acknowledge that I am fully aware that participation in the Event/Activity involves risks, as with any social activity, and I accept all risks of participation, even if the risks are created by the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of a Released Party (as defined below) or anyone else.
- Claims include but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury or death in connection with participation in the Event/Activity. “Released Party” means Black Girl in CLE and it’s parent company, Blackgirl Ventures LLC or any of it’s, representatives or any host sites.
- I agree and acknowledge that I am healthy enough to participate in the Event/Activity, and that I am 21 years of age.
- I agree that except in the event of Released Party’s willful and wanton misconduct, I shall not bring any Claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action, against Released Party for any economic and non-economic losses.
- I have fully read and understand this agreement and all the rules and guidelines governing my participation in the Event/Activity. I am aware that by attending the events held under this agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may have against the Released Party. I grant permission to the Released Party and any transferee or licensee to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, videotapes, recordings and any other references or records to the Activity which may depict, record, or refer to me for any purpose, including commercial use by the released parties, their sponsors and their licensees, in any and all media now known or developed in the future. I hereby release Released Party from any and all Claims arising out of such uses, including without limitation any Claims based on the right of publicity or privacy, and understand that I am not entitled to compensation for such uses.
- I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
